Versatile use and combination options

Solaris requires little space and can be used independently from presentation surfaces and structural conditions. It can be individually and flexibly combined with cooking plates, mobile tabletop appliances or with built-in equipment. The many possible combinations of light and heat allow optimal illumination of your culinary art.

Clear selective controls

The light/heating Bridge is easy and efficient to operate. The appliance's manual controls are ergonomically located at eye level. Set temperature and LED light individually for each GN unit.

Sales-enhancing LED lighting

With its powerful LED illuminants and infrared heating lamps, Solaris provides for attractive dispensing of warm as well as cooled dishes.

Comprehensive selection

The Solaris light/heat bridge is available in single and double channel models (only neutral light, only warm light or a combination of both) with various brackets and supports for tabletop, ceiling or wall mounting, with fixed or adjustable height. 

 

Hygiene

Solaris can be fitted with a safety glass cough shield on the guest side or, for isolated solutions, on both sides, thus ensuring hygienic food presentation.

Attractive combination options for your food showcase

The design light/heating bridge may be combined with further elements, such as warming plates, woks and pans to attractively set the scene for your dishes and enhance sales. This gives you the advantage to visibly present you dishes, which is not possible in closed containers such as chafing dishes, which further have the disadvantage that the contents deteriorate by continued cooking.
