In cooperation with Art-Invest Real Estate Management and Aurelis Real Estate, Pegasus Capital Partners planned, developed and realised the new headquarters of a leading global market research organisation at the site named Kohlenhof in Nuremberg, uniting the previous three separate sites at a single location, «Orange Campus». The new headquarters provide the ideal conditions for a clear focus on product innovation and worldwide customer orientation.
