The lightweight glazing, combined with precise top and bottom heat, ensures optimal heat distribution throughout the GN area. The warm light of the LED lighting enhances the visibility of the dishes while remaining energy-efficient. Thanks to digital controls at eye level, tool-free glass assembly, and a lift-up tray glass, operation is as easy as cleaning.
CrystalDry is available as a table, built-in, stand, or mobile model and can be flexibly converted from service to self-service variant. A clear, efficient solution for modern food presentation.
